• We will not sell your personal data.
• We only use personal data to operate this site — to fulfill orders, ship physical kits, mint and deliver NFTs, run the affiliate program, and keep you signed in.
• Your email address is only used for order notifications unless you opt in to receive periodic updates.

To operate the Site, we collect and store:

• Wallet address — your XRPL address, which we use to identify your account, deliver NFTs, and credit affiliate rewards.
• Matrix ID — used to sign you in via TextRP and to participate in the community chat.
• Email address — optional; used to send you order confirmations and shipment updates.
• Full name and shipping address — only collected when you place a physical order, and only used to ship that order.
• Referral association — the referral code (if any) that introduced you to the Site, so we can attribute affiliate rewards correctly.

We send transactional emails — order confirmations, payment receipts, and shipping updates — to the email address you provide at checkout. We do not add you to a marketing list automatically. You can opt in to receive periodic updates (for example, news about new drops or product launches) from the Email updates section of your account dropdown after signing in. The toggle is off by default, and you can unsubscribe at any time either by flipping the same toggle off or by following the unsubscribe link in any update email.

Activity on the XRP Ledger — your wallet address, the NFTs you hold, and your transactions — is public on the XRPL by design and is outside our control. Anyone with your wallet address can see this information using a public XRPL explorer. Please keep this in mind when sharing your address.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and we use localStorage in your browser to remember preferences such as your sign-in token and cookie-banner choice. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The cookie banner that appears on your first visit describes this in more detail.

We share your data only with the service providers we need to run the Site — for example, the carrier that ships your physical order, the email service that sends your order confirmation, and the XRPL itself for on-chain settlement. We do not sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

We keep your account, order, and affiliate records for as long as your wallet remains active on the Site or as required by law for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request the deletion of your off-chain personal data (name, shipping address, email) by contacting us; on-chain data on the XRPL cannot be deleted by us.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
